Our Fees

Initial meeting
This is free with no obligation to proceed. In this meeting we discuss your goals and the strategies that may help you reach these goals. We also agree on the scope of advice, which involves identifying which areas you would like to receive advice on. This is essentially a ‘meet and greet’ and an important step in determining whether we want to work together.

Statement of Advice fee
A Statement of Advice (SOA) is a formal document detailing your current situation and our recommendation(s). This document also outlines the benefits, advantages, disadvantages, fees and costs associated with our advice. A small, one-off fee is changed to cover our expertise and time to prepare this document, however, this fee is often waived if you decide to go ahead with the advice.

Ongoing adviser servicing fees
The adviser service fee purchases a level of ongoing service from Randle Advisory (see inclusions below) and is set as a percentage of funds under advice. This performance based incentive means we’ll continually look for ways to assist you to build your wealth.

We’re happy to negotiate an adviser service fee according to the level of service you require. The adviser service fee is fully disclosed in the Statement of Advice.

The adviser service fee entitles you to the following services:

  • Review and administration of investment allocation
  • Annual tax planning strategy session
  • Alerts for boutique investment opportunities (IPOs, capital raisings)
  • Bi-annual newsletter and economic updates
  • Ongoing model portfolio and product research
  • Risk insurance assessments
  • Cash flow, budgeting and banking assistance/systemisation

One-off advice
Provision of one-off pieces of advice attract a pre-agreed flat fee and not a per hour rate, so there are never any fee surprises.
